On my way home from a meeting today I took the Blue Ridge Parkway. Always a pleasant drive. There is one section, near where I exit, that has a number of trees that are somewhat isolated and I had been meaning to stop and take some pictures. Well I did so today. These images are more sort of a proof of concept to see if I could get anything close to what I wanted. One thing for sure, I’ll have to shoot this area in the morning as the sun was right smack dab in the middle of things. Below is a set of images, one a before and the second after I did some work on it. Yes, I’m into antiquing my images right now, but I think that this one works pretty well. Comments welcomed.
